Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shocker Shirts. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship via USPS and other major carriers when appropriate. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the label is created.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at mike@silvercasa.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Shocker Shirts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and also notify us at mike@silvercasa.com so we can assist where possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mike@silvercasa.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.
